国内のみならず、アジア、そして世界へ。言葉の壁を越え、文化の境を越え、笑いという普遍の力で人の心を揺さぶる才能を、この白河の地から世に送り出します。
To cultivate exceptional young Rakugo performers capable of standing on the world stage. This is the single aspiration that Mitsu Akira Production holds.
Not only within Japan, but to Asia, and to the world. Crossing the barriers of language and culture, we will send forth from Shirakawa talents who can move the human heart through the universal power of laughter.

1961年、静岡県浜松市生まれ。日本大学法学部を中退し、1982年10月、五代目 三遊亭圓楽に入門。1985年に二ツ目、1991年5月、真打に昇進。
古典落語を中心に、東京・谷根千で「やねせん亭」、千葉・船橋で「ふなっこ寄席」「一九入魂寄席」など、地域に根ざした寄席を立ち上げ、地域文化の担い手として活動してきた。
2026年1月、永年ご縁のあった福島県白河市に拠点を移し、市内道場小路に落語道場を開く決意を固める。「全国に寄席百軒」を掲げ、白河から世界に通用する若手落語家を育てることを終生の志とする。
Born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka in 1961. After leaving Nihon University Faculty of Law, he became a disciple of the Fifth Sanyutei Enraku in October 1982. Promoted to Futatsume in 1985 and to Shin'uchi (master rank) in May 1991.
Specializing in classical Rakugo, he has founded community-based yose theaters such as "Yanesen-tei" in Tokyo's Yanesen district, and "Funakko-yose" and "Ichiku Nyukon-yose" in Funabashi, Chiba.
In January 2026, he relocated to Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture. With the lifelong aspiration of "a hundred yose theaters across Japan", he is dedicated to nurturing young Rakugo performers from Shirakawa to take on the world stage.

三遊亭円左衛門が、白河市道場小路に開く落語道場。古典落語の基礎から所作、発声、高座での実践まで、年齢・経験を問わず、本気で落語を学びたい方を受け入れます。
ここから、世界に挑む若き才能を育てていきます。白河発、未来の落語界を担う「モンスター」たちの最初の一歩は、この道場から始まります。
A Rakugo dojo opened by Sanyutei Enzaemon on Dojo-koji Street in Shirakawa City. From the basics of classical Rakugo to gestures, vocalization, and stage practice, we welcome those who seriously wish to study Rakugo regardless of age or experience.
From here, we will nurture young talents who will challenge the world. The first step of the "monsters" who will carry the future of the Rakugo world ─ that begins at this dojo, born in Shirakawa.
